Freedom for a week, then prizegiving, then it's over. Huh.
Concert went well! Surprised myself on There Are Worse Things I Could Do by singing in key.
Although the accompanist got lost on Reflection. Whoops. Darn musical theatre songs going backwards and forwards. And my using different lyrics, haha. Video might come if I manage to work out how to use Dad's camera. And find a suitable cord.
Anyone who's staying in Wellington next year: Want to go rock climbing and/or rollerblading with me semi-regularly? Cos I want to pretend to keep fit (this year my fitness regime was running up and down between the music room and Ms. Sutherland's office XP) but rock climbing's the only sport I'm any good at (and I'm decent at rollerblading, haha) and I need a belay buddy.
I mean, I contemplated a pole fitness (by which I obviously mean dancing, but in the athletic rather than erotic sense) class but I can't imagine my parents would be entirely impressed.
Holy crap, electronic drum kits are expensive.
I have absolutely no love for Benjamin Britten because I'm kind of flailing through one of his pieces in orchestra for prizegiving. Granted, it wasn't exactly written for drum kit but. Who writes in 6/4?!
Fun at Christmas is putting the sheep in the nativity set on the roof of the stable. It annoys my sister every year. :D
