Alas, not while we were there. The most we heard about was someone wanting to paint their house red or something. They weren't allowed to.

There's a skating rink in Chch and maybe other places -- It's just Wgtn that's without :)

And when you talk of a skating rep, do you mean Lauren? 'Cause she was an inline skater :P
