And lo, there was shopping

Number One Shoe Warehouse (shut up, I'm cheap):
Black ballet flats with butterflies and stuff that I've wanted for years
Black stretchy!strappy sandals

The Warehouse:
Stand Still, Look Pretty - the Wreckers (I so did not know this was released here!!)

EB:
Trading in GBA games is more drama than it's worth. For future reference, you need ID even before you fill in forms and wait for them to test them. And in the end, Spyro: Season of Ice, Dragon Ball Z: The Legend of Goku or w/e, and some random Scorpion King game came to a grand total of $15, meaning that Pokemon Diamond (more on this in the appropriate journal) was only $5 cheaper than at DSE. I feel cheated. Not even my usual "but it's worth it cos it's POKEMON" justification is working on me here. (I got it at EB because the Warehouse didn't have either game and DSE only had Pearl.)

Jay Jays:
Black hoodie top thing
Black vest thing

And thus I blew ~$150 in four hours.

Oh, but I also have a new laptop. I guess Dad finally got sick of MacGyvering good old Ignition. Plus I can actually move this one around without turning it off first. It's an HP NX8220, and to my vast annoyance it's widescreen (gonna need new wallpaper damnit). But on the upside apart from that already mentioned, the harddrive's 20GB more than Ignition (100GB)'s and it has 2GB of RAM. Mmmmmm, RAM.

laptop, life: shopping
