He's a boy, not a piece of meat!

^ Goblet movie quote. Johanna and I cracked up for far longer than was really necessary.

Um, the start was odd. I had to laugh at Ron trying to cover himself when Hermione woke him up. And wtf was up with Cedric up a tree? For the next five minutes, in between "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm."ing over him with Hans, I was like "what was he doing up a tree???" Cedric got the first wolf-whistle of the film.

I really wanted people to land on each other after falling out the Portkey so I was rather disappointed when they all landed separately. The tents annoyed me, but I loved the twins talking in unison so much.

The Quidditch World Cup was the world's biggest copout! SO NOT ON. And where was Ludo Bagman?? Did he like trip over and fall into a plot hole or something??? The stadium was beautiful though. Shiny.

I'm greatly annoyed with Beauxbatons and Durmstrang suddenly becoming single-sex schools. I mean, where the hell would the hot French boys go? The Eastern Euro girls? The introductory performances made my day though, I want so badly to go to Beauxbatons and get to wear those gorgeous uniforms and prance around lifting my hand to everyone and sighing like an idiot...

Rita was awesome. I couldn't help nudging Johanna on the broom closet line and muttering, "ah, the many uses of a broom closet..." Cho was hot. I whistled, loudly. Sophie hit me. Harry not saying "wangoballwime" or whatever was greatly disappointing, but hey, Cho was hot, so whatever.

WHY THE FUCK DOES HARRY WEAR GLASSES IN THE BATH? AND IN THE LAKE? FOR GOD'S SAKE THIS IS WHAT THEY MAKE CONTACTS FOR. Myrtle coming on to Harry was HILARIOUS. Disturbing not least because I'd fully do the same, but hilarious. And OMG NAKED HARRY IN THE BATH. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Hagrid taking Harry to the dragons was irritating. Harry wasn't supposed to have deCloaked, and the dragons' crates looked really bloody small. Not to mention flammable. And where was Charlie Weasley?

Uh, Triwizard tasks. First task bugged me, though the Harry/Hermione moment in the tent was FUNNY AS. I was particularly fond of Dumbledore's "what are you doing here?" to Hermione (and Rita once again rocked). Harry's waiting through the other contestants was nicely handled, but his go itself pissed me off. What was with him taking the dragon all round school (and wrecking school buildings)? What happened to the dragon when it fell into that pit? Where did that pit come from? Why did the dragon fall in the pit? Why was there only one egg (the Golden one)? Where did all the rocks come from?

Second task: Fleur was hot, I whistled again, I really want togs like that. The Bubblehead charm annoyed me - isn't it supposed to be over your whole head, not just your nose/mouth? And since when was the Lake the Black Lake and since when did it have kelp in it? I was also annoyed by the way the hostages were tied to a thingy but floating, I mean weren't they like tied to a rock or something in the book? Man the merpeople were fugly. Ew ew ew.

Third task: BORING. Where the fuck were the obstacles? The obstacle was not supposed to be the maze itself (OMG FLEUR! :O), what happened to the Skrewts, the mist, the sphinx, and so on?? Dumbledore's spiel before they entered caused a WTF moment for me as well, as did Cedric and Harry taking separate entrances - weren't they supposed to both go down the same path then go different directions at the fork? Er, what was up with Flitwick's band too?

Actually, the whole Triwizard Tourney annoyed me. It would have been really fucking boring for the spectators, eh? I mean, Harry's go with the dragon left the grounds of the stadium thing which meant no one could see, the second task was underwater which meant no one could see, and the third task was in a bloody big maze which meant no one could see. Why the hell would anyone go to watch the tasks when you couldn't see a thing??

Doctor Who Barty Junior was hott. Yes'm. Moody was weird though. Um, I was too busy crying over Cedric with Prongs to really take notice of Voldemort.

The ending was absolutely pathetic.

I went in Sophie's cloak and Johanna's wizard hat and had a stick poking out my pocket! It was great, Hans and Sophie were quite greatly amused by people's reactions to me. Lots of quick glance - look aways, a few pointedly not lookings, one guy who went on about how he was one too and showed us a tattoo by his shoulder (? we thought he was a Death Eater but it was too high up and we couldn't see what it was), and Johanna clocked one guy staring at me for ten seconds. *attentionwhore*

And because Emily tagged me, I must of course comply with the meme. However, I am not tagging anyone in return because, well, because I can. Also because I bet my germs would get on the tag and then I'd get you sick. I caught a cold at Sophie's yesterday and got up this morning feeling like rubbish to go and cough my lungs up. Not pleasant.

Five strange facts about myself:

01) You can tell I'm ill because I've been talking rather more quietly than usual as my throat is that sore.
02) I just bet Sophie a mini Snickers that I'll still be really quiet tomorrow.
03) I'm actually a girly-girl when it comes to clothes: I love skirts and dresses. This might be because of my aversion to shorts, but whatever.
04) I seem to be accumulating bottles of Sprite between my ced and the wall. I really should drink them.
05) I've got my first ever interview courtesy of Idolblog's floaty_boho_skirt stuck to my wall.

I've got functional earphones!! This is absolutely lovely, considering I've gone through three pairs of earphones this year (the Sony ones off the Discman got lost at Lip Sync, I slept on the Phillips ones and then I think I lost them on the train, and my other ones that came with the cheaparse radio were just crappy). It means I can listen to music on the bus again. Bliss.

I really disapproved of Rory and Dean breaking up on Gilmore Girls. I mean, they were my OTP, and this is someone who practically never has OTPs for TV series or anything for that matter. I wish someone would make me a car. Even if I wouldn't be able to drive it.

As far as Year 10 Technology and Careers Week goes, I got into the Sir George Seymour travel school for the careers thing on Friday, along with Sophie and Beau. Fun times! I can be a travel agent if I want to! Actually what I really want to be in the travel industry is a flight attendant, but tragically I will NEVER be tall enough EVER.

And I somehow got Excellence on my Drama exam. :O Full marks on my Rome reference set design. I was fairly astonished.

Four months.
