This morning I was going through my usual run of websites and found this appalling news story about a woman whose already difficult life has been made worse by an act of senseless vandalism.
There's security camera footage that makes it clear that it was a deliberate act -- but not clear enough to identify the culprit. Sadly, this makes it likely that the victim will be left without recompense, expected to continue paying on a vehicle damaged beyond repair, even as she struggles to replace it so she can get to work.
