Sometimes Backstories Are Best Left Untold
Looks like there's going to be a new TV miniseries of the Dune prequel books telling the story of the origin of the Bene Gesserit Sisterhood. I doubt I'd even try to seek it out to watch, and not just because I don't have the time. I was singularly unimpressed by the various prequel volumes put out by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson, which IMO actually managed to shrink the 'verse and make it feel light and flimsy.
