Why is it that, the more you need to get done, the more other people keep piling more to-do's on you?
This evening I've been frantically trying to get everything taken out and otherwise taken care of for our departure tomorrow morning, and what do I here but constant harping about why this other thing isn't done yet. I try to explain that my time is finite, and something has to come off my plate to make room for a new thing, and all I get is rolling eyes and martyred sighs.
I don't think their time magically expands at need. So why do they do?
