The long-awaited game Space Citizen is still in development, and they've already had to kick 600 cheaters off its system. These players discovered a flaw in the programming that allowed them to sell cargo twice.

This may seem small potatoes compared to big games banning thousands or tens of thousands of players. But if these cheaters represent the same proportion of the total players, it shows just how excited hard-core gamers are to play Star Citizen, that they're willing to sign on to play the alpha versions -- and some of them are willing to cheat.
