Done!
Even with all the crazy stuff devouring one after another day and leaving me with crumbs o writing time, I actually got the story done. Probably not one of my greatest, but it's done and its in. And there's a little time if something were to glitch.
This is about as tight as my story for the September special submission opportunity last year, which I finished on Friday night at Archon, with no opportunity to print it up and edit hardcopy. That one was an emergency story when my first idea foundered and resisted all efforts at reviving it.
This one was just a matter of too many hands helping themselves to slices out of my time and insisting I won't miss them.
