Mr. Putin's War is rapidly approaching its third year, and we're well into the third month of the war in Gaza that started with the abomination that was the 10/7 attack on Israel. Now it looks like we may soon be looking at a third war.
Iran and Pakistan have been exchanging shots for some time, the result of Baluchi separatists in both countries using safe houses in one country as bases from which to strike at the other. Now the Pakistani government has expelled the Iranian ambassador and withdrawn their own ambassador.
By breaking off diplomatic relations with Iran, the Pakistani government is giving up hope of a peaceable solution. Although they haven't formally declared war yet, the very fact that Pakistan kicked out Iran's ambassador puts them on a war footing.
This is particularly concerning because Pakistan has nuclear weapons, and Iran is very close to having them. Fasten your seat belts, folks, because turbulence is on its way.
