Overall, it seemed down and weak compared to last year - but the conflict with Youmacon in Detroit couldn’t have done it any good. On the other hand, I also had the feeling that the people who were there were uneasy about the future and cautious about spending money.
This show is the last for this year. Now we pivot the retail business to online sales and I focus the bulk of my time and energy on the writing business. I’m hoping to have a decent amount of writing done and available to release throughout the year by the time we hit the road for Hall of Heroes Comic Con in March of next year.
