Catching Up
I've let a number of things slide over the past few months, since show season started up again. For a while I let some basic bookkeeping slide, which is dangerous when we're operating on relatively slender margins and a couple of conventions are sitting on checks. I got that caught up, although it took a major push to force my way through it -- not to mention fixing a number of errors.
Now I'm trying to catch up some other things, particularly con reports that I've fallen behind on. We have several more conventions rapidly approaching, and if I don't get these done, the others will just stack on top of them and make it even more daunting to get them done.
Eventually I need to tackle the book reviews and cleaning this house, which is getting to be a total mess again. It's astonishing how much stacks up when you're busy and don't have time to keep abreast of it.
