Yesterday I ended up consuming more than what I initially said I wanted to. I'm not really upset with myself or anything though because I really felt like I ate things that were healthy yesterday, which is saying a lot more than from when I went out to eat with my boyfriend on Thursday.

Breakfast:
1 serving of Special K Fruit and yogurt cereal w/ fat free skim milk: 160 calories
1/4 cup of mixed fresh berries on top: ~20 calories

Lunch:
1 hard boiled egg: 78 calories
1 serving of cottage cheese: 80 calories
1 red grapefruit: 52 calories

Snacks:
1 hard boiled egg: 78 calories
1 small apple: 55 calories

Dinner:
1 serving of Stouffer's Lasagna with meat & Sauce: 290 calories
1 serving of fat free cottage cheese to top: 80 calories

Total: 893 calories

Exercise:
- 30 minutes of walking
- 20 minutes of aerobics/cardio

Vitamins/Misc:
Multi For Her Liquid SoftGel
