Today is my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend. We aren't planning on going out for dinner or anything, but yesterday he surprised me with a photoshoot for today. So we're taking photographs, then probably going to each lunch with her, afterwords I need to get back to FDL so I can catch my hair appointment. Busy day. I'm hoping I can really keep up with everything. I'm planning on working out for at least 20 minutes or so then jumping in the shower. I also plan on bringing a little notebook with me, so that way I can write down anything I end up consuming.

We actually ended up not eating lunch at all, and went straight home for my hair appointment. the photoshoot was fun, but I wish my hair was already cut for it.. it's perfect... but anyway, so we're gonna go ahead and go out to dinner for Chinese or Japanese (we haven't decided yet.) I guess since I pretty much consumed less than 400 calories all day, I can let myself eat something. I'm pretty excited for it :) Plus my new haircut is super cute, so I'm really excited to show it off.
 Breakfast:
1 serving of Special K Fruit and yogurt cereal w/ fat free skim milk: 160 calories
1/2 cup of mixed fresh berries on top: ~35 calories

Snacks:
1 small apple: 55 calories
1 serving of cottage cheese: 80 calories

Lunch:
N/A

Dinner:
A lot of shit that I didn't know the calories of.

Exercise:
- 20 minute aerobic & cardio
- 30 minutes of walking
