les miserables
Workie work on Saturday, then made a quick Target run before meeting up with Cha at Orenchi. It's been so long for both of us. Delicious. The only noodle place where I'll drink the broth, so my bowl ends up legitimately empty. :P Haha the waiter kept looking back at us because Cha and I kept staring at the giant sake bottle he was holding while serving the table next to ours. xD
Killed some time at Great Mall...bought cute tissues at Daiso in preparation for Les Miserables. They didn't have Honey Bunny calendars at the kiosk. Looks like I'll havta go to the calendar store at Westgate...if it's even there this year. Hm. I don't know. But yeah, Cha got her popcorn and I got my Dibs and hot chocolate. BJ and Jas finally got there, but we'd saved lovely seats in the middle. Wasn't too crowded, thankfully. Movie was wonderful. I definitely will catch it next time the musical comes to SF. *wistful* Turned off the radio when I drove home, because it sounded annoying after all that epic singing.
Hm. Didn't cry though. I think I was distracted by the singing. Definitely got chills down my spine for most of the movie though, and I love that. And people dying...yeah, it's sad, but...I don't know. Maybe something's still wrong with me, but I think I just blocked it out. One of those "I've seen enough people dying in front of me" feelings. =T Maybe if I was watching by myself in bed. With Bunny of course.
Doing my nails to The Phantom of the Opera soundtrack. And now it's only Rent. Chills galore. The good kind. Am I ready to party away 2012? Yes. This was the shittiest year of my life. The family's not doing a New Year's Eve party this year. I think it's because my mommy always ran the show. Decorations and party hats and noisemakers and party poppers and champagne. Here's to hoping Club BJ doesn't destroy me again. I'm sure my friends will keep me in check. Lol. Sleep soon. So cold. Would so love a cuddlebuddy. Bahaha.
