Okay, guys, I had a cool huge writeup planned last night for Jill's M2 dungeon and like the retard I am, I started on some homework and promptly fell asleep. I woke up this morning trying to recall every little detail, but then I realized... it doesn't matter. I don't want a huge thing planned out to the very crosses on the t's and dots on the i's. It takes the fun out of RP, I think.
Mid-outbreak Raccoon City, Colorado. What would normally be a pleasant autumn breeze is one of death. The entire city reeks, parts of it are on fire and the citizens are flesh-eating zombies, oh noes! But we already knew that. Moving on!
Raccoon City Police Department. It's utter chaos. Corpses of police officers are shambling about, bullet casings litter the areas by the boarded up windows (some of which have been broken through) and just to make things worse, there are more than just police officer zombies.
There are Lickers wandering around (locked in rooms and entering the building through broken windows) and Cerberus (zombie-dogs) that have chewed through their cages and are on the loose. They'll jump through windows and maul any wanderer who is not paying attention.
Aaaanyway. The dungeon will take place in the S.T.A.R.S. office. Characters can pick up diaries of the S.T.A.R.S., read the reports on Spencer Mansion that Jill, Chris, Barry and Rebecca did, but were later declined by Irons. They'll see everyone's desks, all untouched and all that. While they're wandering around, Jill will check the radio (which doesn't work) and then go and get the lockpick from her desk.
That's when the trouble starts. Once she takes the lockpick, there'll be a loud crashing noise downstairs, followed by an inhuman screech of one word: "STARS."
Cue Jill flipping the hell out and then going into "B| *survival mode!*". Cue Nemesis fucking your shit up.
Participants in the nightmare will be free when they get outside to the clock tower and have their final showdown with Nemesis. Nemesis himself will be ridiculously powered up, and a character or two WILL get shanked (but not die, lolz). I'll leave it up to you guys to decide who takes the hits. As for the Nemesis battle, people will get smacked around, he might transform once or twice when he takes enough damage, but the final blow will be delivered with a rocket launcher (gotta keep up that tradition).
The rocket launcher, however! This is the interesting part. The only rocket launcher is the one that Nemesis has. Someone is going to have to steal it from him and give it to someone else to use. Once Nemmy's blown to smithereens, the dungeon ends.
SOMETHING REALLY IMPORTANT THOUGH. Jill's dungeon is survival/horror, meaning that this won't be a crazy 'run in with your guns and shoot shit up' because there is little, if any, extra ammo laying around. Characters can loot officer corpses if they see something they need, but be careful; they may bite back. So, yeah. This dungeon will most likely consist of running away and the only shooting being kneecapping lesser zombies/lickers/dogs just to incapacitate them and escape. Regular rounds won't work on Nemmy, magic won't work at all, blahdeeblah. If there are any questions about this, just ask.
Now... am I allowed to request people I want in this dungeon? I hope so. Because here I go. I would love to have Carlos, Derek, Kyle, Lyon, Ether, Leon, and some other STARS if possible.
But, overall? I don't want to be the GM that stands over you guys and has a checklist saying "we do this, this this and OH SHIT DO THIS NOW PLZ" and stuff. That's not freeform RP. We follow the basics of the plot as blabbed about under the cut, and if you guys want to do something cool/random/significant for your character? By all means, go for it!
