Baby of Our School
A week ago I received an e-mail from my friend. She finally had a job in some media company and sounds really grateful. She also gave us the latest photo of her only child.
I remember her as one of our bright friend in class who got pregnant during our last semester. She and her boyfriend decided to keep the baby since the doctor who had done the USG told them that it was a boy (this is the first male baby in since 3rd generation of her family) . The grandparents were very pleased. My friend planned to live in her parent’s house in the country after she had finished the school.
We called her baby : baby of our school because he has listened to our lessons and conversations when he was still in her mother’s womb! Thanks to the internet, now my friend can still inform us about her baby’s development, even though some of us live separated by the land and the sea.
