BIRTHDAY.
Jen! I am trying to write you a story, but I figure that my complaining this evening about my lgbtfest story was a pretty good indicator of how incredibly NOT finished I am.
That being said, I totally INTEND to finish as soon as I get the chance, but I wanted to post wishing you a happy birthday anyway!
You are just one of the nicest, sweetest, most awesome people I have on my flist. You're smart and fun and I'm so happy that I haven't scared you off with madness and all those other weird creepy things that I do. I love that I can hang out with you and talk for three hours and have a great time, even if we're not in all the same fandoms anymore. I love that I can say, "Um, do you want to go to a Katy Pfaffl gig in three hours?" and drive down and pick you up and have a great time doing THAT. I love that you get fandom the same way that I do.
I know I complain about the Rent fandom a lot, but I'm super grateful for it because it led me to meet such amazing friends, and you are definitely one of them. 22 is going to be AWESOME.
