"Aw, he has such a crush," Hotdog says gleefully, from where he's sprawled in front of Sharon. "He looks barely legal!"

"He reminds me of someone," Kat says, sitting up. "Oh! That's right. Hotdog."

"Your crush is just as bad, Katraine," Hover says lazily, and Hotdog and Sharon snort with laughter.

YES! EVERYBODY HAS CRUSHES ON STARBUCK! *glees*

I've always loved the first part of this fic, and the reveal of what was actually on the tape lived up to expectations. I liked the touches of the other characters as well - the burgeoning Racetrack/Kat, and Sharon missing Helo. Great job!

Everyone has crushes on Starbuck, because she's just that awesome.

I'm very glad that this part lived up to the original. I actually hate writing sequels because it's so hard to match up with the first, if the first was liked, so I'm glad it was okay. And the Racetrack/Kat was such a shoutout to Fahye it's just not funny.

Thank you so much for your lovely comment. :)

Awesome, Claira! Way to bring some humor back into the BSG-fic 'verse.

I like baby!Lee. A lot. :0)

I think the BSG 'verse could use some smiles this season. God knows it's been angsty enough.

I also adore baby!Lee. I think Lee pre-Zak's death has such potential to be a badass under the cover of model student, and it's so much fun to explore. *g*

OMG, the sequel has arrived! I had such a total squee moment when I saw this on my flist.

I love these outsider fics. I was right there with them when they were fast-forwarding to get to the good Starbuck/Apollo stuff :)

That was great, although now of course I'm gagging to know what will happen between our two heroes behind closed doors.

Great job, thanks so much for writing this.

Yay! I also love outsider fics, both reading them and writing them. I'm totally guilty of rewatching episodes and just fast-forwarding to anything with pilots.

Well ... I'm halfway through the third part, which is all from Starbuck's point of view, after this incident. I shouldn't say that because now I'll have to finish it, but whatever. *g*

I just enjoyed it so much. I was all giggly reading it, and I'm not a giggler.

There's a third part? Holy awesome. And no stressing about finishing; I am a student of the art of patience. Sure, with a failing F-grade, but a student, nonetheless ;-)

The beautiful thing about writing shamelessly self-indulgent fic like this one (plot? what plot? character development? OUTMAKING PEOPLE) is that it tends to be hilarious fun to write, so if other people like it, it's sort of a bonus.

Hee. Well, I hope it lives up to the expecation. *g*

"Holy frak, Lee, I wouldn't have thought you had it in you."

"You look like you were enjoying yourself."
