Late stuff
Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes! I guess I had a good day. Spent the first half messing around in Lord of the Rings Online, then went out to eat with the other birthday people (eclecticmuse and xonpathos), eclecticmuse's husband and son, and most of the Yon Lart crew. I may have gotten mildly drunk off a Trophy Margarita (I have no benchmark for this so no clue).
Speaking of LOTRO, I've been trying out the monster play lately, and have observed something that amuses me. When in the moors, all the freeps (short for Free Peoples, or regular players) talk shit about the creeps (creature players) like they've never played a creep; and all the creeps talk shit about the freeps like they've never played a freep. Though in the creeps' defense, you only have to play a regular character up to level 10 to unlock monster play, so maybe they have never PVPed with a freep. Anyway, it makes me giggle.
Gary Busey appears to have joined the "The Smoking Gun Presents..." celebrity line-up. I wonder what his creepy-ass son is doing with himself nowadays.
Am currently at the in-laws in Georgia for the weekend, mooching off my husband's work laptop. My journal layout is acting funky on it. :(
