SSU/Bucks for Badges
Friday...
8 explorers were role players for the SSU team =D We replayed an incident that occurred at Good Guys Electronics Store in 1991, which involved four males who were armed and took 50 hostages. "The captors tied up and arranged the hostages at the store's glass front entrance, in standing and kneeling positions." That was what we were doing... we were human blocking shield... we tried to replay everything according to what happened... even demanding for money n telephone. "female hostage tethered with wire sent out to get the vest." We did that too... i was the one tied up go get the item. The SSU were awesome at handling the situation. They were cautious and alert and use simulation guns to shoot the bad guys. It was fun helping out, but it would b extremely scary if it was real. instinct jus took over when they started shooting each other. NEwayz... Fremont has a prepared SSU =D
then we went to the 50's diner... =D n ate hamburgers ^^
Saturday...
i helped out at Food Maxx to raise money for special olympics. it is for such a wonderful cause =D there were police officers and explorers from union city, hayward, and fremont. =D we were all excited to help out by bagging groceries. i hope we made a lot of money =D
