"A slice of life story is a category for a story that portrays a "cut-out" sequence of events in a character's life."
I'd like this but replace 'Character' with 'Pairing'. So give me adorable moments between the two, please!

“Stop fidgeting!” Ludwig hissed, trying to straighten his brother’s tie. Gilbert continued to try and pull away, huffing as his brother purposely yanked on it to slightly choke him.

“West! Stop it!” He snapped, pulling away. Ludwig sighed and glared at him, standing back to admire his work. Now he looked presentable. “I don’t know why I have to wear this anyways! She’s seen me in my underwear! Dressing up for her just seems... a little much now!”

Ludwig went red. “Gilbert, we are in a public building addressing our Chancellor!” He pointed a finger at him and his brother huffed, crossing his arms. “I don’t care if she’s seen you naked! You will look nice while we are here to show that we respect her!”

Gilbert tried grabbing his finger but he pulled away just in time. He let out a raspberry which made one of the office assistant’s down the hall give him a funny look. Ludwig pulled him away from her view.

“Gilbert, will you behave?!” He snapped, letting go of his arm so he could start walking. “It’s for an hour! Can you be civil for just an hour?!”

“I’m hungry!” He started to whine and Ludwig’s face fell into his palms, his body stopping so he could take a moment to just shake. It was sad that he was older than him. “You should have let me buy a pretzel from the vendor outside!”

“We’re going for lunch afterwards!” He pointed out, his brother puffing out his cheeks again. “If you ate that now then you won’t be hungry for lunch, get hungry hours later and end up ruining your dinner and stuffing your face at nine o’ clock!” His hands went up in the air. “And I’m not dealing with you crying your stomach is sick or getting up to go to the bathroom all night when I have work tomorrow!”

“You’re so dramatic!” Gilbert snorted and Ludwig braced the wall, his hands shaking.

“Just.... Stop. Behave! BEHAVE! Will you do that for me!?” He asked, straightening when the Minister of Defence walked by and tilted his head to him. Gilbert crossed his arms.

“Kiss me!” He commanded and Ludwig’s ears went red.

“W-What?! Why?!” He stuttered, watching the Minister’s assistant soon come running down the hall, her heels clacking loudly on the tiles. Gilbert grinned.

“If you want me to behave, kiss me!”

Ludwig stared at him, looking up and down the hall before he buried his face in his hands. His brother was such a baby. He grabbed his wrist and pulled him to his body, eyes on the doors to make sure the coast was clear before he pressed his lips against his. Gilbert responded back with his tongue, making him moan a bit.

“Was that so hard?” He asked when they drew away and Ludwig remained red, his eyes shifting every which way.

“Come on...” He muttered, pulling him along. They nearly slammed into their Chancellor as they rounded the corner.

“Here is your table.” The waitress indicated and Ludwig nodded a ‘thanks’ as he sat down. Gilbert flopped down loudly, causing the seat below him to creak as he let out a sigh, his head falling over the back.

“I don’t know how you do this every week!” He said to the ceiling, Ludwig kicking him to sit upright as a couple of ladies looked in his direction. “Like, Jesus, I thought she’d never shut up about shit I’m supposed to do!”

“If you did your work, it wouldn’t get lectured!” Ludwig pointed out as he opened the lunch menu, looking down it. He wondered if he should just stick with a light salad since he actually was puffing when he ascended the stairs today; a telltale sign that he needed to lose weight.

Gilbert snapped his fingers and Ludwig went pink with embarrassment as the waitress stared at them. “Oi, Miss!” He called and Ludwig kicked him harder from under the table. He kicked back, glaring at him with his red eyes. She reluctantly came over.

“Yes?”

“We’d like to order.” He pointed to the two of them and she frowned before she pulled out a small notepad. Ludwig shook his head, unable to interrupt as Gilbert started. “I’ll have Bernauer Schwarzbier and a plate of potato pancakes.” He flashed her a wide smile. “And er... West, what do you want?”

“I’m not ready to order!” He sputtered and Gilbert rolled his eyes, relaxing in his chair.

“He’ll have the same.”

“No, I will not!” He cut in before he looked up to her, his cheeks burning red. She was raising an eyebrow at them and he buried his face in the lunch menu, cursing his brother as he did. “I-I’ll take a water and whatever your special soup is for today.”

“It’s French Onion.” She said before she took their menus. “I’ll be right back then.” Her heel turned as she walked off. Ludwig kicked Gilbert again and he made a loud, dramatic ‘Ow!’ that caused several other diners to look at them with displeased expressions.

“Gilbert, stop being so rude!” He snapped and his brother snorted, looking him over.

“Why did you order water?” He pointed with his thumb to the bar. “They probably have your Marezen beer still!”

“Gilbert...” He just sighed. “Shut up.”

They remained in silence as they waited, their food coming out in a surprisingly timely manner. Gilbert dug right in, drinking nearly all of his beer in one gulp before he looked to his brother. Ludwig’s nose was wrinkled as he picked at his lunch.

“Whas’sa matter?” He said with a full mouth and Ludwig sighed, leaning back to wait for the waitress to see him. She walked over.

“...Can I get Spaten Optimator.” He mumbled as he pushed away his water. Gilbert only cackled, bringing his own glass up to his lips.

“You can never deny our beer, West!” He chortled and his brother sighed in defeat.
