I think it works in cycles. All the psychic kids are 22, but after they "activated" the new generation that was born (and thus, becoming six months old) got a visit from your friendly neighbourhood yellow eyed demon.

I like that theory. I hadn't thought of that one before.

There seems to be an emphasis on 1983 which is what I was going to use as an aspect of a fic. This 22 year cycle thing is interesting.

I suppose that would mean that all the ones John briefly mentioned that he "didn't get there in time to save" were last year then? Which would kind of fit with when and why he took off. He did say that there had been no sign for ages and then all the signs he mentioned started up again.

Hmmm... I like that theory.

Thanks, that's what I'm guessing, so far. But Kripke has the very nasty Joss-habit of turning the tables on us, so I keep an open mind about it.

It does seem to fit all the available evidence quite nicely! I like it.

Though it stuffs up my fic idea a little. *starts fiddling with her fic idea* :)
