Strange
Oh so tired and not much happened but here we go...
Went to work as usual and except for the first like 30 minutes, it was pretty dead. I took out my book and read, and actually today I finished Breakfast at Tiffany's (the book also has 3 other short stories that I read) yay now I started Fight Club, but I know what happens in the end. Judy told me that Casey's lab work was good and I thought it was cute how they told me then called mom. I get home from work and eat some lunch!! Then I do a bit of work for my summer class which is always fun. I also took a nap and although I wasn't sleepy, I did go to sleep!!
At 12:40 it was dentist time. People sucked at driving both there and back- it was frustrating. I had a nice visit- everything is nice and it was easy to talk to the hygienist so I had a good time (I was at the dentist). On my drive home, on Alexander Road, I see a flipping deer running across the road. At 1:40 in the afternoon. CRAZY!! I eat oatmeal and go back to work.
When I get there, there are 2 kittens in a cage in the back! And they were up for adoption, but dad and Meg are allergic. And as cute as they were, I don't think I am a cat person. I also saw a jack russell terrier puppy that was so cute! But there was also this 12 year old golden with a white face, one eye was closed and the other was glossy so the poor dog was blind. The dog also couldn't really use its hind legs. It was a sad sight. There was another old dog that peed in the office which is always fun to clean up. It was a bit busy, mostly because everyone came to get their dogs from surgery at the same time. POST-WORK I am starving when I get home so I eat a bit before dinner. I also do some more work!! Then when dad got home it was a delicious taco night!! After dinner we played with Casey in the yard- which was mostly just him running around in those crazy circles and digging under the birch tree. We watched a bit of the NJ Housewives reunion show- thanks mom for getting me hooked. Then we watched 3 Jeopardys, some of which were infuriating (they showed a picture of a chimera and said it was a gargoyle, and there is a big difference!! And a final question was about the Heisman trophy, and Alex said it might be a hard one for the ladies!! WHICH WAS ANGERING but it was to my satisfaction that I got it right (even though we had seen the episode before....)). After Jeopardy I was pretty tired, and we tried to watch a Top Chef to no avail. I am going to bed shortly!!
