"I cut my gaze to the right to see what new companion I had. Eric. Oh, great."

I've been so busy this week! And literally all the free time that I had was spent working on this picspam, haha. I feel so behind on the internets.

I have so many other things to update about(I STOOD ON THE GRAND STAIRCASE OF THE MOTHERFUCKING TITANIC LAST WEEKEND...a recreation, but still!), but I'll leave that for tomorrow. For now...

Eric is so right about Bill. He is totally irrational. Remember last season when he walked into the sun to save Sookie from Renee? That was totally helpful.
*rolls eyes*

Oh, man, I know. In the episode before this one when Lorena's keeping Bill hostage, Bill's all "We need to rest!" when the sun starts coming up, and Lorena's like "Why, so you can escape into the sun and kill yourself trying to save Sookie?" And Bill's like "No, of course not, I'm not suicidal!" And it's like... uh, Bill? That's EXACTLY what you did with Renee. Bill is totally a fail at helping in these situations.

I think Eric just saw calling Lorena as an opportunity to stir the pot because he knew about Bill/Lorena's history. I think he does things like that in the books too. Grabbing opportunities as they arise, I mean.
It's not like he thought out this devious plot and made Lorena do anything besides talk to Bill.

I agree, and I think it was also because of what Eric said about Bill being irrational. He knew having Lorena around would keep Bill preoccupied so he wouldn't try to rush in and save Sookie and potentially ruin everything. But yeah, it's not like he was "You must seduce Bill away from Sookie so they will break up!" or whatever. Besides, Bill is perfectly capable of ruining his relationship with Sookie without Eric's help. Especially if he continues keeping secrets from Sookie (I mean, really, why wouldn't he just tell Sookie immediately that he was being held hostage so he couldn't come rescue her instead of dragging it out? He had a legitimate excuse for not being there!).

I really cannot wait until the next episode! And Mad Men is premiering this Sunday, too? Oh man, TV that night is going to be so awesome!

Yea, I mean Lorena (and Bill) knew that wanting Bill/Sookie to breakup was Eric's objective, but he didn't like specifically plot out an evil scheme to make it happen. He knew that Lorena was a weakness of Bill's and frankly, Sookie's probably should be made aware of that at some point. Eric saw the opportunity to shine a light on one of the possible problems in their relationship.

haha I have no idea why Bill didn't just flat out tell Sookie exactly what happened. None of that was really his fault.
I know that's partly why Sookie was being bitchy to Eric, because she did think he kidnapped Bill. But still...

MY BRAIN IS GOING TO EXPLODE ON SUNDAY WITH THE NEXT EP LOOKING AWESOME AND MAD MEN ON TOP OF IT!
