I'm only a few episodes in on the Borgias so far but I totally love it!! It's like the Tudors meets Boadwalk Empire but...even better!

Great icons, I love all the cat ones and ac 1 as well as the last banner :)

Yay, it's amazing that you watch it too! :D I've seen only the first six episode, so need to watch the rest as well.

And thank you so much!! <3 I had to do the icons really quickly so I'm very happy that you like them :D.

I think I'm about 4 episodes in, so I really need to get cracking before they take them off ondemand. Looking at your banners makes me think: do you also think Lucrezia and Cesare's relationship is kind of...creepy? lol. They are my two favorite characters but together they don't seem so much like a brother with his baby sister (probably partially because the actress looks a far cry from the 14 year old that she's supposed to be portraying).

Very true, but I don't think they would look 9 years older, especially not a pampered aristocrat who hasn't experienced any hardships in life or given birth to children; also Lucrezia in the show is still at the maturity of a normal teenage girl...or even younger in the first few episodes before she is married. That said, I do think Holliday is doing a wonderful job of portraying the character.

Um, what I'm going to write now may sound creepy to you but I like the two of them and their relationship. Maybe I'm so used to incestuous pairings after watching Merlin (when they turned my favourite pairing into incest), but in a way I also ship Lucrezia and Cesare romantically. In a way, because I like how they act around each other but I wouldn't be able to imagine them acting like e.g. Rodrigo and Giulia. And most of the time I just keep forgetting that they're brother and sister.

Lol so I take it Arthur and Morgana did indeed end up being siblings in that reboot?
Lucrezia and Cesare definitely have a close relationship so I guess I can see how you might ship them...but I could definitely never ship an incestuous relationship. *shivers*

Yep, and I, together with other people who liked them, still can't get over it - it was so out of the blue and weird when they suddenly made them siblings. Seriously, these writers must know nothing about continuity.
I know what you mean. I think that in this case I ship incest because most of the times I don't perceive them as siblings, and also it's not real life, so I guess my brain is okay with that ^_^'
