How low can reality tv go?

Sadly, every time I think we've hit a new low in reality tv (see: CW's "Farmer Wants A Wife"), something new crops out that takes it to a whole new level of rock-bottom.

Oh my god. Is this real? That's just awful, I can't believe reality TV has gone so far. It's embarrassing really, that people will probably actually watch this.

I feel awful for the people needing the kidneys. How humiliating. :/
