A wonderful tribute to a great man, one of my personal heroes, Martin Luther King, Jr.:
We watch, and we remember. Remember how far we've come and how much further we have yet to go. Remember the cost-the men and women who died that we may live freely. Remember everyone who has taken or will take a stand for justice. And ultimately, we remember that we cannot sit still as people still suffer under the weight of inequality.
Thank you to everyone who has ever fought for what's right, what's good, what's true. Oh, how bleak the world would be without such beacons of light! We need to remember-constantly, time and time again-because so easily, we forget.
