Well food wise I haven't been superb, but honestly, it could have been worse and I have been really good about working out (in the gym yesterday and the pool today) So I am at least not moving backwards (I know those days will come) My back has been sore lately but I think that's from me messing around with different pillows and not stretching as much as I should. Fittness wise, that's really what I need to find more time for is working on my flexibility. I have a goal... to lose 6 lbs a month between now and July, and then to keep the healthy habits up- I am not about a one time diet I am about finding a healthy way of life in all aspects. An added "thanksgiving resolution" for me is to chill out on the TV watching. I should be reading and/or taking care of things here at the house when I am not working or otherwise occupied, not in front of the tube. (or spending wasted hours on facebook for that matter) I got a lot done in a short period of time this afternoon and that was good. Thanks all for the tips and encouragement... I just hope I keep this going!
