Hey everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve made an actual post, so I figured I would!
The past week has been pretty good! I babysat on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It’s really nice because the boys pretty much just do their own thing, so I get lots of homework done. This week was especially good because I got to really study for finals. The boys were funny though because after I had sat at the computer for like an hour and a half looking over AP notes, they were like “Are you STILL doing homework!?” I said, “Yup! And this is only one subject!” They looked at me like I had 2 heads.
Anyways, on the subject of finals, they went pretty good. I guess we’ll see how good when I get the results back, eh?
Last Thursday through Saturday was theatre festival, and oh-my-goodness was it amazing!! Everything from the bus ride, to staying up late in the hotels and totally breaking curfew (and the rules, eh girls?), to the many performances we saw, to going outside in the freezing cold at midnight because of the fire alarm, to milkshakes with April at Steak n’ Shake, to the workshops (and Bob Woosley), to dinner at Pizza Hut and being way to loud, to the all-state performance….I truly had an awesome time!!! I was waaayyy tired Saturday night, but Eric still came over and we got to talk n hold hands n cute stuff like that ‘cause he left the next day to go back to school. :-/ I get to see him this weekend though so, : )
Anyways, today after school I had an ortho appointment. As I get in my car I notice, hmm, my car is fLoOdEd!? Yes, 3 inches of standing water on the passenger side floor!! Does ANYONE know why this could’ve happened? I was flabbergasted, let me tell you! Anyways, so I get home from ortho and my whole family and I have to PUSH the van into the garage ‘cause it wouldn’t start. Umm…I bet the neighbors were laughing. Between finals and ortho and car troubles, though, I made a few icons for my LJ. A few meaning 6. I dunno, I get into icon making moods sometimes!! Anyways, a few are featured if you go to my user info and click on the icon that is currently being displayed! Fun stuff, huh?!
Monday is my headache clinic appointment. y.i.p.p.e.e. A four hour appointment where I get to talk about my daily friend (the headache monster! rawr.) and get tests done. Golly gee, am I excited. No, seriously though I really hope they find out whats wrong and/or give me medicane to STOP them from coming!! That would be so nice!
I’m gonna head to bed though, so I bid thee farewell with tidings of good joy! Have a peaceful weekend, and God Bless!
