Joy in Muddville!
So, I went a splurged today and got myself a new video card. It's not as nice as the I really went out to buy, but that's okay.. it saved me about 100 dollars. I'll just wait on the GeForce 4. :)
I got an ATI Radeon card, with 128 megs of video ram. Yay! Now I need to hit the store for a brand new game to play to test out my card. It came with Half-Life Counter Strike.. played it. No test there. It looks faster, but I can't tell. I need a newer game.
I still have to buy new speakers, since the ones I had broke. *sigh*
My computer has been possessed by the worst of all demigorgon demon entities for about 7 months not even being turned on. Just recently, I've been em.. replacing pieces, part at a time... seeing if I can exorcise the nasty inside. Seems like it's working.. I'll let you know more later.
So I'm off from work, which means it's my bedtime. 10:38 in the mornin'.

I can't think of much else to say, except that I had an erotic dream about my friend Crystal last night.
I can't say that we've talked in more than a year. God, am I losing touch with all my friends? Jennifer, it's been over a year and a half since we've called each other regularly, which we used to do all the time. . . go for bike rides, n stuff. Strange. Mylisa... I feel you slipping away as well. You once promised to move to Portland if I moved there. *sigh*
There's John and Barry too... yeep. I need phone training in a hurry here. arrrgh, but I've always had such the adversion to it.
Woah, am I starting to regret anything? I've always liked the idea of "FUCK IT ALL AND FUCKING NO REGRETS"
So, this morning, I find myself completely into the idea of writing the script for the movie version of the Cronicles of Amber, by the late Roger Zelanzy. I've kicked the idea around my cranium for more than a month now, as I've been reading the books again. I think it would be great, you could easily pull off almost all of Corwins novels in the first movie, then I think Merlin's stories would take two parts. Shit, if they can do it for Lord of the Rings, Amber has a shot at it. I want to be behind it. I'm writing starting now.
*yawn* that's all for now. A quick workout and bed.
