Well, to answer your statesville question, i've never been through it but i have worked it. it's scary. like, can give you a heart attack if you're not careful scary. so if you're looking to be scared it is good. for the price, i dunno. it's two haunted houses, and it has been ranked #1 in the midwest for like 5 or 6 years now. so i guess the price is really your call. i'd say get in touch with someone working there and try to volunteer a night, get a feel for whether or not you wanna walk through it and go from there.

i just went yesterday...i was amazed by all the special effects, and i understand y they charge that price now...and i was deffinately scared...so yes i reccomend it
