well we found a 2 family here in nashua. We put an offer on it, we are now waiting for the guy to let us know if he is willing ot except our offer. I really like the place and the location is perfect. I don't like this waiting game. it is such a pain in the butt. Like we have to wait for our house to sell in order to purchase another house, so we have to make sure that what ever house we choose the seller is ok w/ waiting till our house sells. which will be kinda soon hopefully. We just reduced the price of our house for a quick sale. I'm trying not to be to impatient because I know God has it all planned out and if we are supposed to get this house, everything will come together in his time. Its just the waiting.....I need more patience and learn to wait on God better!
