Saturday..(I never said I was good with titles, did I?)
Saturday's are good days. I do stuff so I'm not sitting around, but they're not all hectic and jampacked. Today was one of those Saturday's.
It began with a hair appt. I got up at 9:10 and showered before leaving at 9:40 for my 10:00 appt. Got there and first I got my hair highlighted. Decided to go a little bit lighter and chunkier. Insted of doing thin pieces everywhere on my head she just did thicker pieces with more space in between. It still looks pretty natural though. Just a lot blonder. I like it though. It makes my eyes look really intense which I like because eyes are the best feature ever no matter what..While letting the highlighting stuff soak into my hair and color it I was looking at this makeup book called Face Forward and it was really cool and I saw some really pretty makeup designs in it that I liked. Maybe I'll try some. Then I got my hair trimmed all around. This way I'll still have enough length in the front to pull it back, but it won't be so heavy all around. So I'm happy with it and she styled it really well for once! I usually hate how they do it at the hairdresser but it looks like how I actually wear it, which was cool cuz I didn't have to take another shower to re-do it. After that I came home and sat around some before my parents left to go to some place to plan our kitchen. So I was at home and I ended up doing some homework before chilling with Zack for an hour or so at his house. Kinda mad at myself but what can be done now, you know? So then I came home and put some music on to motivate me to clean my drawers and closet. Like a spring cleaning deal type thing. Got rid of some stuff, but kept a lot. I'm so bad at throwing things away. I'm like "oh you never know..I might be able to use this someday?" So then I ate dinner and Emily called to see if I wanted to go to the movies. Ended up going at 7:10 to see "The Hunted" which was okay. I didn't know what to expect and even though I'm not into that whole action blood and guts type thing, I was interested in it and it kept me wondering what was going to happen. Too bad Tommy Lee Jones should have died a million times in it, but I guess that's his luck or something like that.
Sarah had told me I should go to Marc's party. It could have been cool but alas, I would have known um..no one there. So that wasn't looking too promising. If I had gone with someone who knew people then maybe. But the movies was fun too. Emily, Jean, Becca, and Andrew were there. So that was cool. A party would have been nice though. I haven't gone to one in a while. Well, Sarah's party is this upcoming Friday so that will be fun.
I just scratched my eyebrow and I bet I smeared my makeup everywhere. I attempted to fill in my eyebrows with an eyeliner pencil because I'm too poor for a real eyebrow pencil. It was something I've wanted to try and I saw it in that book thing. I felt so pretty tonight. Too bad the only people aside from who I went with that I saw were Carly, Renee, Billy Paull, and Ryan Park. So none of them would have cared. lol. Oooh, but I did see Danielle and Kirsten and some of their crowd! I waved to them from across the lobby cuz they called out my name like 5 times before I realized the direction the sound was coming from. So that was cool.
I think I may be becoming better friends with them soon. That seems to happen a lot in the spring, I duno why. Like last year Sarah and I became really close in the spring and then Danielle and I became pretty close too. Then this year Kirsten and I have been really close because of math class and Caroline and I are getting closer due to track and our roomie status in Florida. I like their group of friends. It's fun. They're all so nice and accepting. Aw, friends are nice..
