French Fried Star Monkey
The Ritual was awesome. (Of course) It was nice to share it with some of my friends. I was feeling so many things during it that I think it is what started my headache. I felt very warm and in a good mood through the whole thing. I just had a few moments that were notiecable to me. At the Ancestors alter there was a picture of my Father. I walked up to it and started to pick up the candle to light it when I had a flood of emotion wash over me. It was like daddy was telling me that I was right where I needed to be and doing exactly what he expected. I was being myself and that he was very proud of me. It took all I had to not start crying. The drawing down was so awesome! I was very fortunate to be there. Lilith came to visit us and had several things to say as well as challenges. We were also visited by the God or Jeff as our Priestess calls him! He was a bit snarky in the way he spoke and the innuendos he used. The whole thing was an experience that will stay with me for a very long time.
After the ritual several of us went our for a bite to eat. I had a great time with them! There were funny things happening left and right. I love the people in my life! After we ate I went home with Ann. I had a very nice evening with her. We got really close that night. It was almost spiritual. Neither of us is wanting to rush things but it was so intense it seems like we grew a years worth in that short time. I get the feeling that she is feeling more than she is letting on and I think that is ok. I'm not afraid just cautious.
I got home Monday around noon with a headache to kill over! I could not shake it. I felt like i had been running for days and no sleep. I was very much exhausted. Not just tired, exhausted! I took a three hour nap and got up for a couple of hours and then went back to bed for the night. I woke up this morning and still have a headache. Not much I can do about it though. I have to work no matter how I feel. I only have about three hours left and then I can go home and try to get rid of this thing again.
Next week end... Monkey night at Sylvans and Renfest!! Can't wait for it!
