Went for a run after my workout. Today I did 3 sets each of 12 reps of dumbbell bench press. Dumbbell incline. Dumbbell fly. And some incline dumbbell biceps curls. Then a 20 min run. Been doing well with the diet. But not much change yet with weight. But I'm determined!
Today I tried to keep to 1500 calories! Also trying to drink more protein shakes so I won't be as hungry. 5 times a day is my goal. Today only 4 cause I had an after workout snack ^^; I need a little something or I'll crash and burn and slurge. It was only 80 calories anyway.
