I fucking hate my boss.
I have been working towards this,
having a team since i was like 8 years old.
i have been working since i was 14.
i worked four saturdays 9- to fucking 3
which YES is a big fucking deal cause saturday
kids are retarded as hell
and ive worked over like 800 birthday parties
on sundays. ive given so much time to him.
i worked 6 days a week last year and im working
seven days a week this year.
but for some reason, this girl jess has worked fucking two
hour classes and preteams long before i have. she SUCKS!
She could even barely do anything when she was on the team BEFORE
SHE QUIT BECAUSE SHE HATES GYMNASTICS and she hates kids.
She makes a big deal about working 4 days a week.
Excuse me? You are fucking homeschooled... a senior in whatever school
you are in, you have a stupid car, grow the fuck up, i hate you.
So I FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY have a preteam. girls that will make it
somewhere. girls that I have wanted since i was 8 fucking years old.
Yet on tuesday, he has me working a 610-710 class when my girls start at 630.
jess works a different preteam (she does joga league, i do usag) with chris and with 5 fucking girls on it.
We have 11. And Geri might even be late cause she just got another job at a law firm
So i said that I want jess to do my 610 so that i can definetly start our girls
warm up if geri doesnt make it... or i can at least help geri set up.
joe says "well i have you doing the class because i like to have my better
more experience coaches doing the classes... i have no problem having jess
start your girls' warm up"
I FUCKING DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR THIS FUCKING TEAM.
JESS IS EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO COACH A TWO HOUR OR PRETEAM BEFORE
I WAS EVER "ALOUD" BUT SHE ISNT GOOD ENOUGH TO WORK A ONE HOUR CLASS?

and he said.. fucking idiot.. "well the team kids should be able to do
their warm up by themselves by now, shouldnt they"
