Sad
So this entry was going to be all about how this new book rocked, but it has to start out sad first. I received an e-mail today from my friend Bill's father. He was e-mailing me to let me know that Bill had been in a motercycle accident on Feb. 3rd (the date his leave was suppose to start) and was in surgical intensive care. He is going to be let out of intensive care soon or already has been. It's ironic his leave was canceled so he could have surgery. I hope and pray that he is alright. I worry about being told that he is hurt from being overseas with the Marines. I never thought he could be hurt here in the States.
Now the book review, I picked up Moon Called by Patricia Briggs. Kim Harrison has yet to steer(?) me wrong. It's a great book similar to Dead Witch Walking and Guilty Pleasures (NO SEX). The mystery could have been focused on more but all of the details were important. I can't wait for the next book.
