The best object to bring is a special coin that you've blessed yourself, thinking of Reed. If you have no special coins, bring a stone, crystal, rune, mala, talisman, etc... be sure to bless it and send energy to Reed in that object. Sit peacefully, clear the mind, and think of Reed Rahn. If you have extra money to share, please offer to purchase one of his posters. Reed is a truly amazing photographer. He creates art-photography posters with yoga themes that are really beautiful. I've not been able to pay Reed for yoga class for over six months and not once has he asked me for a single dime. He is a truly generous and self-giving yogi who could really use some love, kindness, and generosity.
