Why on earth would you keep a personal blog about something other than the things in your own life??

It's just the fact that most of the people that I know that blog, blog about things that don't just consistently revolve around them. Makes me feel kinda guilty and self-centered. Don't really have an explanation for it at times, it's just how my brain functions
