Niko and Mommy update
Niko's doing well, he's already trying to hold his head up... (eep!) and he's responsive with his facial expressions. Doesn't smile much... kinda like his dad in that regard :P. They pulled my IV out this morning, and i'm in a bit of pain, but the Tylenol 3's with codeine take care of it :). He's been eating really well though, and pooping lots... not so many pee diapers though :/. His hearing is fine, which makes me happy, though I wouldn't freak if he'd have turned out deaf. Oh, and they made me talk to a social worker today, but she apparently decided I'm an ok mother despite not having gotten medical attention until very late in the pregnancy (hey when you don't know...) she said it sounded like the biggest concern, atm, is insurance for Niko, which is one of the bigger ones.
Niko just had to have his blood drawn again (poor thing) but the nurse said he did well :) yay. And he likes celtic music... alot. keeps him calm :)

Niko also had his circumcision today, and is not a very happy little man. Ate a little at 6:30, but other than that hasn't really eaten since. Lack of happiness does that... poor little guy had a tragic day today.
