I'm not ignoring you, I swear
Somehow, I'd managed to have 20+ comments built up in my inbox that I'd either never marked as read or never replied to. I tried going back several pages in my inbox to find them, but after hitting "next" a couple of times I was already back well over a month or more. I hit the "mark all read" button before I thought that through, and now I have no idea what those messages or comments were.
So if you've left a comment or PM to me that you wanted me to reply to and I never did, I'm sorry :( I wasn't trying to ignore you. Comment again or tell me where the comment was and I'll try to track it down and get back to you. I doubt anyone was waiting around with bated breath for me to reply to something but just in case that IS the case for something, I'm not trying to be a dick. I swear.
And to give another reason for this post, if you haven't already, you should check out Not Always Right for some great stories about customer service experiences from all over the world, all sorts of stores/locations, and from both the customer and employee viewpoints. A lot of them have humor infused throughout.
