(no subject)
Im in my bored part of summer vaca so i decided to update. I got back from camp last sat and it was awesooomee!!
Monday- we went to this place called old town and that was pretty cool. it had a mini fair too.
Tues- We went to islands of adventure. I rode the hulk for the first time. It was not as bad as i thought it would be. it was fun.
Wed- we hit wet-n-wild. My first time there. It wasnt as great as i thought it would be but i still had fun. I got myself a nice lil tan for once. lol
Thurs- SHOPPIN! We went to this huge mall and had a scavenger hunt. we had to go shopping and look for these necklaces with cards attached to them. If u found one u fill out the card then call the leader. then they come to the store and give u a task to complete and they video tape it and if u do it u get a $25 gift certificate to the store. Lucky me found one to abercrombie and fitch until i realized what i had to do. i had to get an employee to take a picture with me and they had to watch me breakdance in front in the middle of the store. it was so hilarious. And of course i got the money. lol
It was really fun. It was a camp with my youth group from church. So there was also the more serious side to it. But it was amazing. We didnt sit around studyin our bibles like ppl think. OUr theme was youth out loud. To live out loud as a christian and show ppl what we're about. I loved it. Alot of ppl's lives we're changed during camp.
On a more fun note, i got to hang out with one of my best guy friends that i havent seen in a long long time. It was great being able to hang out with him again. We were inseperable in middle school, so it was great chance to catch up. I have a feeling we'll being doin alot of that this summer. He's hondurian. hehe And his names fernando. He was my first best guy friend and i love him for it.
