I never knew that this day is so official in Russia.

As far as I know some didn't came because of the things going on in Greek and all the money European countries are going to give to them.

Yeah, it's been official for years. But no one outside the post-soviet area guesses XD

I know. That's a terrible thing happening now with Greece. :| I really do hope things get better soon.
I'm just really grateful Frau Merkel came. I am. ♥ Though it seems to me, this parade may seem like an abuse or smth T_T I really hope, you don't think I wrote this post to hurt you :|

PS: dear, you haven't changed your address, have you? :D I want you to receive some more postcards from me :D

It was in our news a few days ago. So this was the first time I heard about.

I hope too. But I don't like the fact that Germany gives most money. I've got the feeling, it's always us, the social state. It's good to help but of Greece can't pay the money back, guess who has to pay it!

No, it doesn't hurt me. I try to face it from your point of view or the Russian point of view. Or the point of view we got tought. I mean Russia is a communist state and the politican need to show their power to the folk. I guess that's why they are doing those parades. I hope I didn't hurt you now.
I think it's good that Merkel participated and I guess she said that we Germans are thankfull because the Russians helped to end it.

No, I haven't. In autumn will be the next changeXD Yes, I want!
Do you want some too?

I find it unfair, too. :| It seems to me, the one who always takes all the responsibility is Germany.

Dear, we're NOT a communist state for 20 years already. And thanks god for that. XD
At the moment Russian government is mostly formed by a Centrist Democrat International party and Ukrainian - by a 'centrism' party as well. As you see, no communist anymore. XD
So, it's not it, but never mind. It was interesting to know your opinion.

Sure thing! I'd love to have a postcard from you! :D

If you want me to, I could send you a package, not only a postcard. :3 I might find some sweet things to send to you. :) Like to.. commemorate us being friends via lj XD

I don't usually watch the commemoration ceremonies. This year it was... interesting though.

Oh, Angela Merkel went to Russia :O? Awesome
And firewords are so funny to watch.

Sorry, you mean ceremony in France?
Shame on me, I'll go search it via youtube.
I read your post concerning Sarkozy's speech though. I'm glad he finally recognized the Malgré Nous to be victims. :| Better late than never..

Yeah. She did came. And I'm personally surprised by the fact Bundeskanzler usually participates in most of the parades we have.
