This morning my mom, Alyson, Aunt Betty and I went shopping. I bought a bunch of gifts for upcoming friends' birthdays. I like to be ahead!
I also bought a gorgeous J Crew dress on sale. It was originall $150 - down to $60. It was then 40% off on top of that. I showed them my student ID from FIT (good thing I'm still writing that darn thesis paper and have my "fall 2008" sticker on my ID!) and they took off another $5.50 or something. So, it came to $30.47 or something. Wowee! And it's black silk so I can wear it in the fall and spring too! It's not just a summer item on sale.
I'm over Dave's right now. I have some web updates to finish that have to be published by tomorrow morning.
This afternoon, I went through the spare room (it was built to originally be a luxury bathroom, but I never got it finished, and now I just use it for storage) and bagged all of the clothing I had put aside to be donated - we removed 10 bags of clothing, a bag of decorative pillows and a shoe rack for donation. Woohoo! Feels great!!
Dave and I are going to go make pudding. He's so excited. I may make jello too. Yum.
