Today is Tuffy's 12th Birthday!! Yey!
It's also would have been my paternal grandmother's birthday. She passed away when I was in college - I think a sophomore. My dad's father passed away when I was in elementary school. My mom's father died before I was born. My mom's mother died when I was about 2.
Dave's maternal grandmother is 94 and they're super close. It's just interesting how different families are very different!
This week is going to be crazy cause I'm still (obviously) working on my comprehensive exams. I have finished most of the first one. I just need to edit it now. Hopefully tonight I can finish it - I wanted to finish it last night, but it just wasn't possible. And then Dave ended up coming over bringing me apples and a pumpkin, and then we watched "Grease." And then Dave fell asleep. He had a long day apple picking and taking vicodin.
I helped him rebandage his arm again. It's pretty gnarly. Poor guy. It makes me worried about him, but I can't be ridiculous. He is a big boy and allowed to do things!!
