Not as bad as it could have been...

Okay, so I am not pleased about this, not at all.  BUT, it’s actually not as bad as I thought.  I also went to yoga and made a choice when I was leaving NOT to do any cardio.  I kinda wish now that I HAD because I could have burned another 600 calories.  *Sigh* But really, it seems like I’m getting better at just not eating.  I CAN DO THIS.  I WILL DO THIS.  I will only surround myself with light, healthy food, so that if I do have a low control day, I can’t do too much damage.  I think I could use more citrus fruit in my diet, and berries are always good.  I also need a little protein right?  I’ve found I can just eat a couple slices of turkey lunch meat and that is both tasty and low cal/low fat.  I’m not sure about dairy yet-skim milk?  Maybe just in my occasional lattes. :o) Anyway, it’s bedtime, I want to play my guitar for 10-15 minutes, then hit the sack!!! Good night world!
