Barbie's Mid-East rival proves a hit

A doll created to reflect the image of a Muslim woman is outselling its western rival, Barbie, in several countries across the Middle East.The Fulla doll first came to the Syrian market in 2003 and has proved so popular that it is now used in advertising and is to feature in a film.
