I usually don't bother to make New Year's resolutions; one, I've never stuck to a single one, and two, I think it's stupid to set myself up for self-disappointment.
But this year, I decided to go for it. I actually made four resolutions.
This year, I will:
1. Quit smoking.
2. Be more active.
3. Eat healthier foods.
4. Lose at least 30 pounds.
For #1, I'm already well on my way -- I made a carton last almost 3 weeks. The second and third (and, by extension, the fourth) will be a bit more of a challenge. But I'm going to try. *nods*
