Don't you know I always leave before it gets ugly?
So... this isn't my preferred method of delivering such news, but it gets to the most people at once so here goes...
I'll be here in Cali for another couple of weeks, but after that I'm leaving. I won't be gone forever, I don't WANT to be gone forever, but everything has come tumbling down around me. I pretty much have no option left but to tuck tail firmly between legs and go to GA for a little while. I'll get to hang out with my amazing Shlili and the herd of fat kitties, and it'll be a good chance for me to save up some money.
I came to California without a penny and wit very little else to my name. I want to come back in a little more style than that, or at least better prepared. :P Of all the places in the world to be broke, I think this is one of the worst. It's been amazing living here, and I look forward to coming back in a few months. :3 I've made some of the best friends I've ever had out here, and I'll be damned if I leave you guys behind!
Anyway, wish me luck, guys. I'm gonna need it!
PS - I know I haven't been around online much the past few months, hell I haven't been around much in person either. Pretty much the depression and stress of trying to prevent exactly this from happening has turned me into a shell of my former sluggy glory, so I'd like to apologize. I'm not very good at handling stress, and I'd like to try to make it up to everyone involved once I've had a chance to destress and catch my breath.
